Malmö University
Collaboration with Malmö University
In collaboration with Malmö University, Malmö Holding, and the course Innovation and Strategic Thinking within the Master’s Programme in Strategic Media Development, we worked together with three highly skilled students to develop a business development plan for our Yrkon project.
The students demonstrated strong dedication and professionalism throughout the process. This collaboration has been highly valuable and has evolved into a continued partnership as we further develop Yrkon

Our workshop and office are located in the heart of Lund, in the Professorsstaden district, just minutes from Lund University, Ideon Science Park, and the university hospital. Situated in a building owned by Gibson Medical, the space serves as a hub where creative and technical minds come together.
This environment provides the ideal setting for our work, combining access to leading research, innovation networks, and a vibrant community, all of which support our ongoing development and collaboration.

We have collaborated with LU Innovation to assess the market and patent landscape surrounding the measurement instrument. As part of this work, they also supported us in developing a structured business model hypothesis, providing valuable input for our commercialization strategy.

Collaboration with Aquila Berg
Aquila Berg has played a central role in the development of both the Yrkon and Geotech projects. Over the course of two years, Aquila Berg was instrumental in shaping and advancing these initiatives, from early-stage ideas to more mature and structured projects.
Through Aquila Berg’s support and expertise, Yrkon and Geotech were able to evolve to a stage where they could be successfully integrated into Covalence. This long-term collaboration has been critical in building a strong foundation for continued development and innovation.
