Geotech
Geotech is engineering at heart. In this project we develop an innovative measurement instrument designed to make the installation and surveying of railway contact line foundations (KTL-fundament) faster, simpler, and more reliable. Built for the realities of surveying fieldwork, Geotech supports project teams during both new construction and renewal, where accuracy, pace, and documentation are critical to keeping rail infrastructure projects on track.
Installing these foundations is a precision task. Today, key parts of the workflow still depend on manual measurement and coordination, often making the process slower and more error-prone than it needs to be.
To avoid deviations and alignment errors, Geotech brings measurement closer to where the work happens.
The instrument is designed to be placed directly on the foundation and work in continuous coordination with a total station, supporting alignment and presenting the essential measurement information needed for installation and reporting – reducing steps and friction in the workflow.
The result is a smoother installation process with fewer on-site moments, a reduced risk of misplacement, and increased precision for quality assurance. Over time, Geotech also enables better data capture, creating a foundation for learning and continuous improvement in construction methods and standards across projects.
The measurement instrument is currently being developed through an iterative prototyping journey with a clear path toward validation and commercialization, supported by ongoing work to protect the underlying innovation through IP and patent processes.
Geotech is helping rail projects move faster, safer, and with greater certainty.
Yrkon
On every construction site, progress depends on one thing: having the right people and the right machines, at the right place at the right time. That’s why Yrkon exists. A complete platform for construction projects that brings machines, consultants, and workers together in one place, built specifically for the production phase of construction projects.
Instead of chasing phone calls, spreadsheets, and last‑minute availability, project leaders can access what they need fast: construction machines, excavators, surveying engineers, machine operators, construction workers, carpenters, installers, tilers, and so on. And for entrepreneurs and subcontractors, Yrkon becomes a new channel to rent out resources, stay visible, and keep utilization high.
What makes Yrkon different is how it matches supply and demand. With powerful filtering tools and AI-assisted matching, teams can be assembled based on price, competence, location, compatibility, rankings, machine types, and other practical need. This way every project gets a setup that actually works in real life. In other words, Yrkon is designed for a market where reliability matters. Clear booking rules help ensure seriousness.
In short: Yrkon helps projects run smoother, and helps providers get booked more often – a better match for everyone on site.
